Since you posted a picture of the nameplate and stated that you need two screws to hold it in, I thought the "screws" you were wanting to replace were the ones that hold the nametag on. Okay then, never mind the drive screw suggestion. Those are what holds the nametag on.

Yes - the screws holding the Fireside flip up version work just fine! Where can I find 4 of these? anyone?

This has been a very painful thread to follow. Why has it taken 13 replies to finally understand what part is needed?
A bit of research on the OP’s part would have uncovered this Amberola parts listing where he could have identified what it was he wants.
He could have circled the part and posted it for replies. If one of us can’t help then George Vollema or Mark Gaiser (Croaking Frog) would be good places to start. Alternately, identifying the thread and modifying a machine screw is an alternative. A 5-40 Filister head screw is a likely size to try.
