DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THIS RECORD??
WANTED 78-RPM RECORD OF AN OLD-FASHIONED HOME IN NEW HAMPSHIRE PERFORMED BY SMITH BALLEW & THE JOE GREEN ORCHESTRA, OR IT COULD BE LABELED AS NEW HAMPSHIRE HOME BY JOE GREEN'S BAND. NOT SURE OF THE RECORD label, BUT THERE'S ONE SHOWN ON YOUTUBE UNDER THE VARSITY label. SO, IF ANYONE OUT THERE'S GOT ONE, OR KNOWS WHERE I CAN GET ONE, I'M INTERESTED IN PURCHASING IT!

Re: WANTED, "AN OLD-FASHIONED HOME IN NEW HAMPSHIRE"
This is an interesting one and could wind up being quite the rabbit hole. The original issue was Crown 3253, Matrix 1595-2. Rust lists the Varsity number as being the same as Crown 5255, but right on the Varsity label you posted at 9 o'clock appears (C 1595), with the C meaning Crown. Thus Varsity 5116 being an issue of Crown 3255 is most assuredly an error, corrected here where they get it right:
https://www.78discography.com/Crown.htm
Note that this means it can ALSO appear as Gem 3253.
So, unfortunately, you're looking for a record recorded and issued in early 1932 when record sales were dead, and on top of that it was issued on a rather small independent label that only existed for three years. You can read about it here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crown_Rec ... 30s_label)
According to that snippet, there's an outside chance a pressing might turn up on Broadway Records in the U.S., to the Imperial, and Edison Bell Winner labels in the UK, and to Angelus, Lyric and Summit Records in Australia. But who knows?
Not trying to discourage, just hopefully helping you widen your search. I bet the Varsity one is quite scarce, and it seems to be the only one with the shortened title.
I'll keep an eye open for you.

Re: WANTED, "AN OLD-FASHIONED HOME IN NEW HAMPSHIRE"
Forgot to add that Green recorded another version on the ARC/ Plaza label group on Perfect 15569 as Dave Roberts and his Home Towners (and likely on associated labels too) and also Melotone M-12321 as DAN Roberts and his Home Towners- which is sort of strange as the were two different matrix numbers one digit apart, and if I recall, at that time Perfect and Melotone (Brunswick) were two different companies. But neither of these are the Smith Ballew version- they're with "Tom, Dick, and Harry" vocals!
