Identify an aluminum horn

Post by chrisg »

Cleaning out my old shop and found this 15-½" long aluminum front mount horn. It has a 10" bell. And uses a leather elbow. What did it come on ??

Purely a guess, but it appears consistent with the size and composition of horns I've seen on Stroh Violins.

I agree with David about it might being a Stroh Violin horn. It could though be very well from something else.
