Wanted: Fairy Phonograph Lamp switch

I am looking for the on/off motor and light switch tube like the one
in the picture attached. If you know the whereabouts of a good
one, please let me know, or how you worked around it.

Do you actually have the empty tube shown in the pic? If so, you could use it as the basis for re-creating the guts.

As a work around for the lamp, this touch sensitive switch would work without modifying the lamp. The module gets wired in and dropped into the base below the motor. You just touch the metal base to turn the lamp on and off, until you find an original complete switch...
