What are a list of some of the smallest and or cheapest made cylinder machines made? Cheap can be both price and quality. Examples, Columbia Q, Rectorphone, ect

Amet Echophone, first marketed in 1896 at $5 -- long before the Columbia B or Q. They were quickly sued out of existence by Columbia and the remaining phonographs were liquidated, mostly through premium offerings.

There's also the 'Puck'... and the the 'Oratiograph' (iirc): hand-driven, with the stylus directly attached to a celluloid horn...

Pucks are cool! Never heard of a Oratiograph but now I am intrigued. Any videos of these playing?
