November 7, 1938: Died: Dan W. Quinn, one of the pioneer popular singers, whose career spanned 25 years. Between Berliner, Columbia, Edison, Victor, Paramount, and other labels, it is estimated that Quinn cut over 2,500 titles.

He made a comeback around 1916.I have him on Columbia singing "Beatrix Fairfax". edisonplayer.
