These rare 20" Pathé records are collectable, rare and expensive, but you don't likely find a machine that can hold them to be played... Some Pathé gramophones can play them, but not all. Intended to provide a large sound volume for public restaurants etc.

The other thing to bear in mind about them is that, as you can see on the paper envelope, they play at 120 RPM, so you'll need a machine not only that can fit a 20" record but also one that has a strong motor capable of running at high speed for the duration of a record side. Actually, I see that your envelope specifies "120 to 130 RPM," which is in keeping with the very, uh, helpful "90 to 100" guidance Pathé gave for its more conventionally sized center start records.
