That's an extremely difficult to find piece, used only on the BY. I understand its rarity/desirability and the issue of price, BUT the extreme rust/pitting issues look almost impossible to achieve a desirable outcome. Maybe I'm wrong, but after dealing with many rust damaged pieces it will take a lot of effort to accomplish - maybe not impossible...
