Amberola 30 Not Spinning After Winding Up
I just fixed one issue, but now when I crank my Amberola 30 up, nothing actually happens. Only the first gear moves, the rest and Governor don’t power the mandrel. How do I fix this?

Are you able to post photos of the areas that you are questioning?
This may help you see how the gears around the governor should look.

Since just replaced the mandrel collar, I'm wondering if you pushed it up against the mandrel too tight, not allowing the mandrel to turn? With the collar properly adjusted, the mandrel should have a tiny bit of side-to-side play.

When I try to wind up the machine, no resistance in the crank builds up so I don’t think it’s working right.

You have either a broken mainspring or a broken ratchet spring.

Re: Amberola 30 Not Spinning After Winding Up
Dave is correct. You appear to have a broken, (or hopefully unhooked), mainspring.
It's likely that it's just unhooked. When the mandrel collar fell off, it would have allowed the mandrel to shift to the right, disengaging it and the governor from the spring. This disengagement would have allowed the spring to suddenly & immediately release all of its tension, which would cause it spin forward uncontrollably, thereby unhooking, and possibly distorting, the spring attachment to the winding shaft.
Are you able to disassemble the motor and open the spring barrel for inspection? If not, you need to send it out for repair.

Do you know of any videos that would instruct me on how to fix this?
