In short, everything that moves must move very freely. Just beacuase you can turn things by hand, does not mean they turn freely. Do your detective work and find what is dragging things down. There is only so much we can do without seeing and touching. You are the only one with all of the clues in front of you.

I did just that! I contacted George Valloma and he said, it might be the pressure screw on the end of the mandrel. As soon as I loosened it and put some oil in I got it, to move. Of course the new belt I put on, started to slide off, and I even used crazy glue, but that didn’t hold. So I put a rubber band on to test the mandrel and it worked.
