FS: VICTOR IV WITH MAHOGANY HORN - Now $2100

Offering an original Victor IV mahogany rear-mount phonograph. Serial No. 34640. This phonograph was restored in the past and plays extremely well. The motor is very quiet and smooth and there is great volume from the rebuilt Exhibition reproducer. Everything is original except the winding crank. The spearpoint mahogany Victor horn has been well cared for and has the original 1905 patent applied on the brass horn mount end. All motor parts are lubricated and adjusted for reliable play-back. The only minor flaw is a small piece of wood is missing from the very bottom of the molding on the back side of the case. It is difficult to notice but it can be seen in the picture showing the back of the phonograph. The back bracket still has its blue stenciling which is often worn off in most phonographs I've seen over the years.

This is available for pickup locally in Phoenix, Arizona but can be shipped. In the event of shipping, I use Pirate (UPS) discount shipping service which is the most economical fully insured way to ship. Pirate’s rates are better than regular UPS shipping rates and are the exact same reliable service. I would estimate the cost to ship would be around $250.00 depending on where you live. The horn is large and UPS charges for oversized boxes but not too bad. If shipping is less, an adjustment can be made after shipping.
