I'm definitely no expert, but I am not aware of any four minute wax cylinders other than the Edison wax Amberols.
In response to an earlier post, some wax Amberols will develop a milky coating over time. It's not mold or wear, and usually disappears after a few plays

I'm not sure if it will work for everyone but seems to work for me. If I can easily see the grooves, it is a 2 minute. If I either can't see or see the grooves with great difficulty, it is a 4 minute.

In the UK we had the short lived Edison Bell Crystol and the even shorter lived Clarion Ebonoid.
The Crystol was advertised as a four minute cylinder and the Ebonoid claimed to play for five minutes.
Both were 200tpi and I assume that they were made of wax, but others may be able to confirm this.

Looks like a 4 minute wax Amberol to me. Although would need a clearer photo from an alternate perspective to be sure.
The grooves look finer than a two minute cylinder.
