Post by Phonoloco »

Save The Date for the MIDWEST MUSIC EXPO! Mark your calendars, book your discounted hotel room, register your dealer tables, register for a great banquet, get an early bird pass, and get ready for some awesome fun! Based on member feedback, the show was moved from Father’s Day Weekend until the next weekend. Discounted pricing for APS members, but all are welcome. Can’t wait to see you there. Let’s do this!

Is there anyone from the New Jersey New York area going to the APS Midwest Music Expo in Chicago? I’m looking to get an Edison Amberola 80 transported to the show. I’m willing to pay $200 to you for your time and effort. Please let me know.

Midwest Music Expo Event Advertising

The APS Midwest Music Expo committee is doing outstanding advertising for the June 28 & 29th Music Expo held at Schaumburg, Il. They are promoting the show by advertising in major publications, Facebook and flyers at antique malls in the Midwest.

A one-page article was published in the May 20th issue of ActionAuctionAntiqueNews, a trade publication that reaches an audience of antique buyers in the upper Midwest.
Enjoy the article and we hope to see everyone at the Midwest Music Expo.

Thanks to David, Rob and Joan for heavily promoting the APS show. I am excited for this show as there is always a wide variety of great phonographs, parts and accessories, and lots of records to match.

If you havent been to this show yet, it is worth the trip. Meet people you talk to on the forum as well as old friends you get to see year after year.

Hope to see you there!

Scott

I am looking forward to show once again. Sharing three booth spaces with "fellow Nutmegger" (Connecticut is known as the Nutmeg State) Bill Kocher. I will have lots of horns to complete your machines. I will also be accepting new work to roll and straighten horns which will save you shipping by dropping them off with me. The banquet with silent auction is, in my opinion, well run and a great event. Make your plans now as it is only one month away! Attached is an image of the inventory that I will bring plus more not pictured. Zonophone, Columbia, Edison, Victor! John Duffy Horn House.
