Wanted: Speed regulating part for VV-IV

Hi Everyone,

A friend gave me a broken VV-IV from 1916. The speed regulating part you see here was off the motor and is in really bad shape.

Would anyone have an identical assembly, complete with tension spring, that they could sell me?
