That's the "Ultimate Frankenphone" from the Frankenphone company of Winoka Falls. :)

It looks like a dead but legitimate Victor V that's been butchered back into "working" order, but I might be wrong.

It's a Victor V cabinet and from there it's a guess. I imagine it has beeen re-motored. I can't see enough of the back bracket to make a comment. In my opinion there's not a great deal of value there.

The offset turntable, the speed control and the overly long winding handle are all indications of re-motoring.
The horn is a commonly found European design known as the Peacock Feather pattern.

The case below the motor board is Vic V. Motor board and above, (including motor & back bracket), "something else".

I think below is largely "something else," too. The base and one corner molding are from a Victor V, but the box is too small for the base and installed off center--I'm guessing it's "borrowed" from a Victor III. I guess this might be the ultimate "parts machine."

If you click the link to the FB ad, you'll see a video of it playing. In the video, the cabinet is arranged in a more orderly fashion and the loose corner column is in place. You'll see that it all lines up well and will also see the Vic V ID plate.
