WANTED: Victor JR Crank, Felt, and other weird thing-

Post by paradroid1793 »

I’m looking for the crank for a Victor JR, the slotted one.

I’m also looking for that weird part that goes into the lock hole next to the crank hole and pulls on the brake mechanism.

Finally, I’m looking for 8” felt (any colour, yes I’ve checked eBay) for the the turn table. Thanks.
Be sure to look up Samuel Murchison Seka on the interwebs for some music and phonograph reading material.

Come to my table at the Midwest Music Show in Schaumburg. I might have what you need.

Buy a 10" felt, glue it to the turntable, then trim the edge off with a razor blade or X-Acto knife using the turntable edge to guide. It works even better than buying the felt to size.

Jerry, I think that's actually a great idea. I couldn't find 8" size anyway. Thank you!
