WANTED: Paillard Maestrophone Reproducer and/or Connector

Hoping to find a Maestrophone Reproducer like the one pictured. Let me know what you have. Also if you have the S shape connector Id be interested as well

Your pictures appear to show the tonearm of a Sonora or similar machine, the gooseneck of which can be turned between the lateral and vertical positions. This is a built in feature, not an adapter.
Pathé made this reproducer with an adapter, which may be what you require for your Paillard :

Thank you for responding. I do have a Sonoraphone and parts were made by Paillard. For this gramophone, a separate adapter was used to change the reproducer angle, which is what I was trying to show Ondo y know if Paillard made the adapter just for Sonora or if any Paillard gramophone used that part as well. Any help I can get is great.
