As the title states, I'm looking for the list of Edison Wax Amberol selections/numbering/block system. I checked the APS's member resources and library, but was unable to find wax amberols.
I need this because I'm working on writing the History of Edison Records in China, and although the black wax recordings are well documented and cataloged, the Amberol ones are almost so rare they are non-existent. I've only found 1 picture of one and 1 recording. I know there was a document which outlined 4M selections that weren't BA's for a while but can't find it again. Thanks for any help.

Be sure to look up Samuel Murchison Seka on the interwebs for some music and phonograph reading material.

I'd suggest you find or borrow a copy of Mainspring Press's volume on wax Amberols. It's out of print but may be available online or on ebay.
