"Amberolized" Edison Triumph

I've seen a couple of converted Edison outside-horn machines over the years (see photo of upright below) but all were converted Standards. I recently heard of a similarly converted Triumph and was able to purchase it. I love Triumphs, so why not!?!?!?

My post here is to see if anyone has any information on who made these "kits" and to see how many survivors are out there. They are very well made cases (including unique script "E" grill) and mechanisms (horn and telescoping connector tube). Surely there were catalog listings promoting them.

I have this mahogany ‘Standard’ in my collection (photos were sent to me by the seller), and I also saw this oak example a few years ago on-line. I’ve never seen a Triumph! There was someone in the Grand Rapids area who did a similar thing decades ago. George Vollema has one. Those have pleated circular bellows to connect between reproducer and horn.

I think I remember seeing one of these (probably Standard based) in an antique shop in eastern CT years ago. Has anyone found an ad for such conversions (or, more likely, plans thereof) in Talking Machine World, Popular Mechanics, or other periodicals of the 'teens?
