I messaged the seller TWICE to have the price confirmed. When I didn't get a response I thought it was a come on of some kind. Then, about a week later, I get a message confirming that $25 is indeed correct. Being I'm retired and my schedule is fluid, and it was just 30 minutes away, I made arrangements to see it that same afternoon. Apparently, it came with the house and the folks wanted it gone. So I gladly obliged.
