Canadian collector, Bruce Ward, who has been unable to sign on to the TMF for some time, sent me a text asking me to pass on his belief that your horn could very well be for one of the unusual Hawthorne & Sheble Star disc machines. I think he's correct, and generous, to give the effort to get his opinion posted here.

Can we somehow get the login for member, Bruce, fixed, please?

He is a lovely human being. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. He is kind and helpful. He is one of the few repair and restoration service providers left anywhere in western Canada. He seems to be extremely well respected among the very few collectors whom I know here.

His inability to log in is a great detriment to this site.

Also no new members have been approved for a while- we used to have an account every day or two, up to three accounts at a time. I understand the bots are an issue but it limits the size of the community.
