WANTED: Parts for Oak Amberola A

I am trying to complete restoration on a pretty decent Oak Amberola A. I need the rear hinged door, a set of casters, the escutcheon for the crank opening on the cabinet, the screws that secure the cover over the governor, and the front rococo grill.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
