I have known and done business with both Eduardo and Gregg for over 20 years and never once have they failed to respond to my inquiry. I was in conversation with Gregg @ phonodecal.com, and I thought we were getting close to coming up with a decal, and then (insert sounds of crickets here)
Oh well, again.
I might also add that there is more to life than phonographs, and people go on vacations, etc. We are all small operators and don't have staff on hand to make responses. Oversights thus do occur.
