George,
Yep, it is one of my favorite cabinet styles.

Just my opinion, four Columbia machines with cabinets I just like to look at: GG, Exhibition C, first version of BC, all with virtually the same cabinet just slightly different in size, AD/HG and the AO
I think my overall favorite is the AD, all that bright nickel in dark oak cabinet. I think they should have produced that one in mahogany also.

You can't forget the AA. Powerhouse cabinet packed in a small space. Unexpectedly ornate and wonderful.

You're right, it is probably the nicest small cabinet Columbia. I guess because it's so small in a sea of BIG machines around here it gets lost.

Are there any 6 inch cylinders for sale for these machines? Listening tubes? Recorders? I would really like to complete this machine with a recorder and listening/recording tubes/recorder.

Regarding six inch cylinders, look at Kurt Nauck's auction catalogues that come out twice a year. He sells some rare stuff.
