VV 8-8 Restoration

I'm starting on my VV 8-8. I guess you could say I'm starting at the bottom. Here is where the wheels go. There is a square opening for the axel that you see in the pics. Next to the opening is a threaded hole where I'm assuming a bracket screws in to help steady the axel.
Does anyone have any pics of how the wheels and axel all go together?
