I think the motor is burned out. I say this because two coils are not working and the motor is getting 110 volts, not 32 volts.
What can I do to repair my motor, or if it is even burned out?

Chuck Azalina "Chuck A" here on the forum.. is the electric motor wizard-- He rebuilt my Universal Motor several years ago-- Perhaps he'll chime in here-- He's a great resource!
