For those unfamiliar with English slang expressions :
To kick the bucket = To die.
Therefore :
Bucket List = Things to do before you die.
As I get older my bucket list gets shorter. Got the E.M.Ginn Expert, got the Edison Opera, and so on......

I have absolutely zero interest in any of those records but the bucket is very interesting.
Come to think of it, what if that bucket contains someone's "bucket list": every record to be listened to before............
Maybe, he/she fulfilled their ambition and has subsequently moved on?
