Amberola 30 speed control--where is it?

Where the blankety-blank is the speed control on an Amberola 30?

I'm new to this machine. Before I start mucking around with things, I can't locate the speed control. It's running much too fast right now so need to slow it down. Here are two photos.

Just remove the 2 screws holding the cover on, remove the cover & adjust. Easy peasy
