For Sale:REDUCED Pooley VTLA/Victor 6/Victor5 Motor, Turntable, motorboard, brake etc- $535

Post by outune »

This is a complete motorboard and mechanism for a 2nd iteration of the Pooley Flat-top VTLA....Motorboard sits on top of the surrounding boards-

ALSO- This is the same 3 spring motor, turntable, brake and speed control used on some Victor VI-- and (except for the gold finish on the brake and speed control) Victor V. I believe a little creative woodworking could make the motorboard work on a Vic VI-- I'll leave that up to the discretion of the buyer.
I've hoarded these parts for several years-- but it's time to make them available to a collector who has a machine to finish.
Complete working 3 spring motor (minor cleaning and lube would be advisable), turntable with excellent nickle plating (correct for the Victor VI, Vic V and the VTLA) , gold bullet brake and speed control.-- $535
Please look at all pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions. (Pictures don't show it well, but the little threaded spindle cap is included--pics 2 & 7) First to post SOLD below or in a PM is the buyer. Thanks for looking!

Anyone have an interest in this? I see three options for these parts... 1) Complete set up for a Pooley VTLA --or 2) use motor, turntable, gold bullet brake, speed control (and adapt motorboard) for a Victor VI-- or 3) use the motor and turntable for a Victor V (and hoard the bullet brake and speed control) :)

Great parts!! I hate to part it out, but if no one needs it for a VTLA, I'll have to split it up.
Thanks for looking-
