Roller Organ Cob Removal
I'm trying to remove the cob from this Gem Roller Organ, but pulling or twisting the little stopper on the right doesn't eject it like Augsburger's site says it should. Am I missing something?

It does not get "ejected". You need to pull the pin back, then grab the cob and pull it out. Sometimes, if the cob has been in there for a long time, it may become stuck, due to rust and wood swelling.

Right, but on the bar there is this "-" sign shape which because of the metal ring prevents the stopper from being pulled out further.

First, be sure the selection has ended and the cob has snapped back to its left-most position, ready to begin playing.
With your right hand, pull the knob on the right straight out toward the right side. No twisting.
With your left hand, grasp the cob near its right end and push it to the right side much like you did the knob, while GENTLY lifting the right side which will disengage the two short metal pins at the left end of the cob.

George's advice is excellent. Just keep in mind that as he says, the cob can only inserted or removed once the tune has completed and the cob has shifted back to the left. In your pictures, you can see that the cob has not yet shifted back to the left. Keep cranking it, (playing it), until you see it shift, then try to remove it.

Re: Roller Organ Cob Removal
Thank you both for the guidance. I played the cob until I heard the "click" and saw it jut to the left. However, while pulling on the stopper and pushing the cob to the right, it still isn't coming off, it creates a lot of room on the left side including the second hole used as a guider, but the cob still can't be removed.
