Looks just like the one I paid $28 for on Amazon. Mine works great and this is certainly a fantastic deal. It’s a fantastic tool that I heavily rely on in regulating speed.

They typically come with magnetic reflective tape. You just cut off a piece of tape about half inch long and attach it to the record. A light from the device will hit the reflective tape and count the number of revolutions. They work really well!
