Victrola VV-X

I just purchased this machine in wonderful condition. It winds good and the sound is good. However, the arm won't move forward when playing. It gets stuck in one groove. What is broken here, and how do I repair it? Unfortunately I have not been able to find anyone within 100 miles that does repair.

Does the tonearm move freely when you're not playing a record?

Does it get stuck on every record?

Have you checked the tonearm mount, to see if there's any debris in there?

Have you tried adjusting or lubricating the pivot pin?
