We appreciate you for sharing the photos. It was enjoyable to be there on Saturday. The show, banquet,and the guest speaker's presentation was wonderful.

To all who made it a great show, thank you! It was worth the journey and effort.

Hi John,
Thanks for sharing the pictures. I wished I could go, but financial obligations got in the way. There is always next year. BTW, who was the guest speaker and what was the program?

For those who could not attend the program and show, the featured speaker was Clara Deck, from the Ford Museum at Greenfield Village. She gave an excellent talk about the facility, its history, and showed several historic and current photos of the place. There were also photos of the phonographs and records there, along with other artifacts. There has been a recreation of Edison's laboratory as a part of Greenfield Village.

Henry Ford actually moved the Menlo Park laboratory building from New Jersey to Michigan. The site in NJ only has a single tower topped by a giant light bulb to mark the spot, in the middle of the burbs, just a stone's throw from the metropark train station on Route 27.

I talked to the folks at the admission table and they were very pleased with attendance. Also, the show is drawing buyers and sellers from farther away. Charlie Hummel (NJ), Rob & Joan Rolfs (WI), Ron & Jan Kueler (WI), and Ernest Allen (MO) and others travelled long distances to be there. Our group from Oregon numbered seven. It was fun. Jerry Blais
