Does anyone have any info on this label? I picked this up for $3.00.

Re: Lincoln 78 record
Lincoln Records was a part of Cameo Records and seems to have been used primarily to sell inexpensive (50 cents each) dance music records in dime stores. They're mostly decent quality late acoustic, though I think some early electric Cameo masters found their way there. There's some good listenable stuff on the label but not much exciting.
That Sam Lanin side should be pretty typical of the output- he recorded for nearly every label under many pseudonyms. His material ranges from good to excellent and he often had first rate players.

I am from New Zealand and have always liked the look of the Lincoln record but have only ever seen 3-4 of them.
So I wouldn't say that they are that common in this part of New Zealand but like different things they may have sold better in certain areas.

Wow, I didn't realize they were that uncommon. I have around a dozen or so in my collection.
