Found two pictures of one on google from old craigslist listings. Seems to be a 1920s off brand machine.

I think these came from Charleston SC and the regular model was the DIXOLA which was the regular mica diaphragm, type, I think it had a Motor of Quality motor, and some pot metal arm, that you find in the Honest Quaker supply catalog.
