Question concerning model and year

Hello, it's been a long time since I am searching a gramophone in good condition...
I've been to antiquities markets but didn't find big thing, 1-2 ovepriced gramophones.
On websites...a lot of crapophones.
So, I finally found this one.
On the plate, below Pathé it says Type 0231 n° 03298
I did some google search but no useful information.
Could you help me with some information like model, manufacture year and price on the market (in order to be sure that the asked price is not too high).
