Hi Guys! I've been unusually busy hunting for Victor Talking Machine Company goodies this week and turned up a cool item. I've never seen one of these before but maybe you have?
It's a 1 inch by ¾ inch Printers Block. It has an engraved copper plate mounted on wood and dates from around the turn of the century. It's in great shape and would probably have been used for advertising purposes in news papers and magazines. I gave $8.99 for it.
Do you guys collect any talking machine related goodies?

It's a nice piece- the script below reads "The Hallmark of Quality" which I believe puts it into the 1940's at the earliest. Very nifty, probably used in newspaper advertisements.

I bought this original old Edison pinback made in Newark New Jersey around 1898. I have no clue why I bought this as it is only the size of a Jefferson Nickel. But it's in really good condition for its age. And this half full bottle of Edison Diamond Disc oil, another really useless item I bought recently on EBay. But they display well and collect alot of dust per my wife! Brian Keith
