Did HMV press records for Victor?

The HMV discs I've seen with the little white sticker have all dated from the post-WW II period, and were so marked because these were records that could be ordered through a Victor dealer in the US, from the HMV catalogue. I have also seen German pressings in the U.S. with a maroon sticker completely covering the upper half of the label, because of some contractual arrangement concerning the "Little Nipper and Gramophone" picture.
