Hello
Well, I have not been on the forum much lately. I have a quickie question. I am doing a quick motor repair for a lady and for payment she is giving me a good Pathé tonearm and reproducer and a whole Columbia Grafonola, as well as a crapophone horn. Well, I took a look at the horn and it looks decent, but I have no use for it. Any ideas what I should use it for. Maybe paint it and convert it into some kind of cylinder phonograph horn etc..
Thanks for your help

I say go green and make a light fixture out of it. Jerry Blais

Buy a few more and make a chandelier!
Maybe the owners of this one will swap you for a nice shiny brass example

I suspect these horns are the real McCoy though...
Nice chandelier by the way. I wouldn't mind having it in my hallway.

As a collector of not only phonographs, but antique lighting as well... I have to say, that chandelier is pretty awesome!

I agree with Jerry and suggest you use it as a light fixture or find another use for it.

You could always turn it and use it as a planter if you plug the hole

Or use it as a energy saving hearing aid?

I found this at an antique store, it looks like it was done a long time ago. I thought it was creative.CarGuyZM10 wrote:You could always turn it and use it as a planter if you plug the hole

I heard of a guy that uses horns as the roof for custom bird houses.
