Does anyone have images of the original Berliner location at 874 Broadway in New York?

I went online to try and find a photo for you. Then it dawned on me...Google Maps Street Views! The photo is attached. It's not a pretty picture but...maybe provides reasons for hope that it's being restored?

The building is the 1892 McIntyre building. It was renovated in 2000. Here is a old pic of her.
