I am looking for a pair of Columbia retaining rings used for Columbia outside horn machines. I would like originals, but a repro set will be ok.

Re: Columbia elbow retaining rings
Harvey,
I got an original from George Vollema, but you will have to specify the exact size, because he said that there have been two different sizes. I was able to get the correct screws for the Columbia horn elbow brace at a company called Fastenal. Just for your reference, the screws are "Filister head 5-40x1/4". Unfortunately they are zinc plated, not nickel, but otherwise identical to the originals.
APSCO sells replica sets, not sure how good.
Good Luck
Andreas

Re: Columbia elbow retaining rings
Hi Andreas, I should have mentioned the size. These are for machines like the BN, Standard Model A, etc. I will try George. APSCO is very unreliable. I called them and emailed them. They are either very slow or don't respond. Anybody else have problems with them?
