Here is one for the thread. This 7" G&T is a little gem for a Burmese record circa 1903.

That is neat little item. Must have been from one of the Gramophone Co. / Fred Gaisberg 'field recording' trips, from very early on in such things.

Yes, it was recorded August 1903 near the end of Fred Gaisberg second recording trip.

I have noticed that when I check eBay for Pathé recordings it is not at all unusual to see them show up in all sorts of languages/origins--mostly Chinese, but many other places as well.

Those Indian 78's could possibly date from into the 1960's. Are any of them vinyl?

If one trawled the junk shops in India, I imagine Ravi Shankar 78's to be very common.
