Ediphone shaver for blanking wax cylinders to mirror finish

Ediphone shaver. 100% adjusted. Feedscrew belt and mandrel belt original and in excellent operable shape. Cutting sapphire is original, and adjusted to perfection. Edison electric motor oiled and adjusted. Makes 1st cut, then finishing cut in 2 passes. I do not have a belt for the vacuum fan, but they are available (2L170 or 2L180 fractional horsepower belt should fit). I hooked my shop-vac up to the collector tray to suck up the wax swarf....works better that way. Includes original re-useable cotton vacuum bag, and original key (for lid lock). I can deliver this to the Wayne NJ show in springtime. $250

These Army green colored Edison shavers are just so darn cool to own, but so ugly when displayed in your house. Unless you have a vintage decorated office in the home! I had a grey one - mint and working, but alas the wife made me garage sale it.

Those are much needed machines to a cylinder recordist. I have 3 Ediphone shavers in constant use, they do a wonderful job!
