That was a heartwarming video. Guy is a passionate younger collector who's learned his stuff, and he's prowling the streets of New York rescuing these records from probable destruction.
The guy references Victrola Favorites on the site. That's a neat set, which features good transfers of rare out of the way records, and also has a large booklet with many reproductions of rare record labels and ads and things. It might appeal to some people here.

Very interesting video, thanks for posting this. I was able to download and correct it to 16:9 aspect ratio with VLC. While musically not my cup of tea, it is great to see active collectors in the range of ethnic recordings too, which are independent from large institutions.
