COLUMBIA CYLINDER PARTS
Who is the best source for Columbia cylinder parts? I am experiencing a very diificult time just trying to locate a simple governor and speed control knob for a Type A New York model. I possibly should not have ventured out of my comfort zone of Edison machines where parts are more accessable, and into an area where they are not.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Michael

Re: COLUMBIA CYLINDER PARTS
If you can attend the Wayne NJ show in April, there's a chance you could pick up an incomplete A motor. I've seen a number of these at various shows. I'm surprised that George Vollema can't help you, as there seem to be a lot of these motors around.

George, thanks for your reply. Mr. Vollema had nothing and is unlikely that he ever will have one, and Croakinfrog ( Mark Gaisser) also had the same reply. Michael
