I thought I would offer my Victrola XIV one more time before Union. It's a very early example with the mechanical works of a Victor VI. The cabinet is from the early era where every model had a cabinet unique to that particular model. The machine is 100% original right down to the little knob on the back. Please look at the photos and ask any questions. I will be driving from Oregon to Reading, PA and back to Union in June and am happy to deliver. The price is $600 delivered. The photos are with and without flash in an attempt to show detail. I should explain that I don't plan to bring this machine to Union unless it is pre-sold. The space coming home is too dear to transport it two ways. Thanks, Jerry Blais

The toy car is new but Howdy Doody is old. My goal has always been the desire to have an interesting basement. If you'll look around the edges of the photos, you'll see a cardboard TV that was probably used in a mom & pop TV store in the '50's. There's a cool old leg lamp and a hula lamp. One of my favorites is the red "Pleasure Chest" cooler. I thought anything with that name should have a "talented" lady stenciled on the front so I modified it a bit. A really big compliment is when someone tells me that they always see something new in my basement. Jerry Blais

As far as the background, my eyes are locked on that Circassian VTLA in the corner.

I can get the machine as far east as Reading, PA. Can anyone else get it farther east for Tomwil? Jerry Blais

If there's a place it can be stored for a short time, Tom could try using uship.com to have it moved the rest of the way.
Hope this is helpful.

After seeing A&E's Shipping Wars, I will probably pass on uship.OrthoSean wrote:Tom could try using uship.com to have it moved the rest of the way.
Just considering my options, but will probably borrow a SUV and meet Jerry at Reading.

I've seen the show as well, but I know quite a few people who have had machines moved by using the site and I've never heard of a problem. Incidentally, those early XIV are such neat machines, I have one in oak that I prize very highly!
Good luck!
