Everything is still original on the Victrola X1 with a serial no. of 236054G. It still looks good and plays perfect. Included is an old felt type record cleaner and a Victor cardboard box which I assume contained needles. Hopefully someone will venture to advise a value for this unit. More photos are available for the asking.
Mac, like anything the "worth" is really whatever the seller and buyer agree on. Your machine is not a "must have" to most Phonograph collectors. I would recommend listing it on Craigslist. Put a number you like on it and work down from there.

XI's are everywhere so they retail for about 300 tops.Yours probably 200 based on the condition of the finish. You may get 300 but it will take many months to find the right buyer.
I wanted to add that if you haven't already seen it, this page -- http://www.victor-victrola.com/XI.htm -- will give you the basic information about your Victrola. For instance, using the serial number guide, you'll see that it was manufactured in 1916. You'll also verify that it was, indeed, one of the best selling models ever produced. (And is therefore one of the most common models sold today.)
One thing you might consider is to ask around at work, school, among your family members, etc., to see if anyone would be interested in buying it from you. You might be surprised to find that there's at least one "antique phono-phile" in the group, which would prevent it from ending up in the hands of a bored housewife or househusband who would turn it into a planter or blanket chest.(GOD FORBID!)
As I recall more than 800,000 XIs were made, so the $200 someone mentioned for this example seems about right.

I recently sold one for $300 but the cabinet was in great shape and it had more pronounced grain patterns on the finials. It had a better than usual pedigree.
Your XI appears to be the same vintage as mine, serial 370333G, manuf. 1917. The finish on my mahogany one (some alligatoring, uneven gloss/dull areas, but perfect under the lid and behind the doors) appears to be in somewhat better shape than yours; it looks to me as if there has been some (failed) attempt to "improve" the appearance on yours, which has left it with an overall dull appearance. BTW, yours is the first I've seen with the wooden buttons on the back panel; usually there are just the two holes there, buttons missing. My back label is present and intact, yours is somewhat tattered (gone? hard to tell from the photo). I have the original box for the Exhibition, as do you. Your felt is in worse shape. Etc.,etc. I paid $100 (incidentally, the price when new in 1917!) for mine in 1980. I agree that the price of yours today, in its condition, and assuming there are no major mechanical problems, is just what other posters have estimated, i.e., between $200-300 but leaning toward the lower end of that range. If it were oak or some other finish it would go for more.
The XI, though a common model (in its several variations), is a very capable performer in peak condition, and I wouldn't trade mine for anything. The art nouveau cabinet styling is very attractive, too!
