Diamond Discs on YouTube by request

Post by coyote »

I'll have some free time this weekend and thought I'd put this out there. If there are any Diamond Discs from my collection that you'd like to see on YouTube which are not currently there, please let me know. Choice of machines is limited to the Schubert or C-19, and the Long Plays on the 1-C console.

List of available discs identified only by number (no titles) can be found at http://www.pghcoyote.com/dd

Most discs are in excellent condition, but since I haven't yet added that to my database, I cannot promise quality in that regard. Also, I eliminated most of the molded (electrotype or "etched") selections from the list. I thought I'd try to accommodate the members of the TMF instead of limiting the postings to my own taste, much as others have done for me and others in the past (thanks, G.Shane!) Thank you!

What an impressive collection of Diamond Discs! I would love to hear "51511, I'll see you in my dreams, Ace Brigode"; and "51568, Honey I'm in love with you, Ernie Golden and his Orchestra." Thanks!

My pleasure, Rocky. Just excuse the bland video; I was geared more towards the audio for these. All requests thus far (plus a few extras) should be uploaded on my channel (pghcoyote). If anyone else would like to request something, let me know and I'll post it eventually. Thanks!

Wow, thanks for taking the time to put these together! Great to hear these really late discs that are so hard to find!
