Philippine ethnic 78rpm pre-WW II phonograph records wanted

Not all the Pre-WW II were recorded in the Philippines. Many Philippine artist recorded in New York City, Richmond, Indiana, San Francisco and Los Angeles. In 1930's recording engineers of Victor, Columbia, Brunswick and Gennett, were sent to Manila to set up a recording studio for Philippine artists. The masters were sent to the States for pressing. The finished product of the Philippine and States recordings were sent to the Philippines and were also sold in the States as well. There were many Filipinos in both countries that patronized this trade, and was doing well. ......Now a days it is hard to find these Pre-WW II records, in the Philippines for most of them were destroyed during the war. ......

I just received a parcel from Seatle, Wa. ...My first Philippine phonograph record. Columbia(green) Viva-Tonal, by Jose Mossegeld Santiago, Co 2488-X..Philippine National Hymn(Anthem)/The Land I Love. New York..October, 1926. It is very historical, but I would prefer the words in Philippine vernacular.

Since ?1897 to July 3rd, 1946, except during the Japanese Occupation, in Flag Ceremonies, the American Flag will rise first on the staff, while singing the American National Anthem, after the American Flag is waving in the air, the Philippine Flag also rises, while the Philippine National Anthem was being sung. This is the record I received today.
