Victrola 111 cabinet shelves

Post by noahndc »

I recently bought a victrola 111. The only big thing that's missing is the cabinet shelves on the bottom where you stack record books. I was wondering if anyone had this and would be willing to sell it, knows where I can get one, or knows any general information on what I'm dealing with here. Thanks.

I found a picture of the shelves. You may be able to find what you need from someone like George Vollema ([email protected]). He has an amazing selection of parts.

These shelves are identical, at least in style if not exact dimensions, to those in my VV-XI. It probably would not be too difficult, though perhaps time-consuming and not without expense, to duplicate them with modern materials. OTOH, if you can find a junker cabinet for parts, you would retain a semblance of originality. Good luck!
